ê Shave, a collection of sophisticated shaving essentials defined by their unique style
and unparalleled luxury since 1996, seeks a in house sales person to expend our B2B salesin the U.S. distribution.
This position, which reports to the Global Director of Sales and Marketing and the
President, has tremendous growth potential, as we are expending our U.S. and International distribution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospecting and breaking in new accounts, as well as servicing existing accounts.
Develop, grow, manage and maintain a diverse, base of retail partners through
a consultative/marketing solutions approach to selling.
Cultivate relationships to increase sales revenue through extraordinary customer service.

1+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in some type of luxury products (beauty products, accessories, fashion, eye wear, jewelry, etc.).
Creative and aggressive prospecting ability.
Demonstrated success in selling
Extraordinary people skills and comfortable with training customers in our product line – you will become a shaving expert.
Comfortable with the telephone and able to travel occasionally.
Able to work independently and still be a fun, contributive part of the corporate team.

PART TIME RETAIL SALES
ê Shave, a collection of sophisticated shaving essentials defined by their unique style and unparalleled luxury since 1996, seeks a seasoned, creative retail manager with proven success in sales and merchandising, to open and manage our first retail store in Manhattan.
This position, which reports to the retail sales manager offer flexible hours- You may be asked to work in our world financial center location or our sutton place location both in Manhattan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
World financial center: open and close store. Meet sales projections- manage environement and display. Create and execute direct marketing events in partnership with store manager.

Demonstrated ability to be sales and goal oriented, and responsible for meeting your projections and exceeding your goals.

RETAIL STORE MANAGER
ê Shave, a collection of sophisticated shaving essentials defined by their unique style and unparalleled luxury since 1996, seeks a seasoned, creative retail manager with proven success in sales and merchandising, to open and manage our first retail store in Manhattan.
This position, which reports to the President, has tremendous long-term growth potential. With plans in place to open a third store in Manhattan later this year, expanding to 10+ stores in 5 years, the ideal candidate is someone who could grow with us into a National Director role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up a new store, with necessary structures and staff in place, quickly and with a high degree of expertise, establish a foundation in the first store that can be replicated within six months in a second store
Set and meet sales projections
Cultivate relationships within the community to grow sales through creative promotions and extraordinary customer service
Hire, train, coach and motivate sales staff

2+ retail management, preferably in some type of luxury products (beauty products, accessories, fashion, eye wear, jewelry, etc.)
A strong desire to be creative and responsible for the successful implementation of your ideas
Demonstrated ability to be sales and goal oriented, and responsible for meeting your projections and exceeding your goals
A strong aesthetic sense for visual merchandising
Extraordinary people skills and comfortable with training staff and customers in our product line – you will become a shaving expert
