SALES EXECUTIVE
eShave, a men shaving and grooming company created in 1996 seeks an in house sales executive to maintain and expend our B2B sales in the U.S. and abroad.
This position, which reports directly to the company president has tremendous growth potential, as we are expending our U.S. and International distribution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, grow, manage and maintain a diverse, base of retail partners through a consultative/marketing solutions approach to selling.
- Cultivate relationships to increase sales revenue through extraordinary customer relations.
- Drive sales volume to achieve a high level of performance (100% and above) to the sales goals
- Prospect and break in new accounts to grow customer base and increase revenues.
- Experience in B2B sales in luxury market a must. Men's grooming or beauty products experience a big plus.
SKILLS
The ideal candidate will have:
. Demonstrated success in selling
. Creative and pro active prospecting ability.
. A structured and organized system to follow up with customers and of sales management. A knowledge of sales force or Act a plus.
.Extraordinary people skills and comfortable with training our retail
partners in the best selling practices and in our product line – you will become a shaving expert.
. An expert at building relationships with our clients on the phone. Comfortable with the telephone and able to travel occasionally.
. Able to work independently and still be a fun, contributive part of the corporate team.
